Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of radiiancee event planning services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• "Service" refers to event planning services provided by radiiancee
• "Client" means any person or organization engaging our services
• "Event" includes corporate celebrations, New Year events, and related functions

2. Service Terms

Our event planning services include:

• Consultation and planning coordination
• Vendor recommendations and management
• Event day support as specified in package
• Documentation and timeline preparation

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about event requirements
• Make timely decisions on vendors and services
• Communicate changes promptly
• Make payments according to agreed schedule
• Comply with venue and vendor requirements

4. Payment Terms

• Initial consultation is complimentary
• Service fees as outlined in selected package
• Payment schedule: 50% upon agreement, 50% one week before event
• Additional services billed separately
• All fees in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 60 days before event: 50% refund of fees paid
• Cancellation 30-60 days before event: 25% refund of fees paid
• Cancellation less than 30 days before event: No refund
• Rescheduling fees may apply depending on circumstances

6. Limitation of Liability

radiiancee shall not be liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party vendors
• Venue-related issues beyond our control
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability limited to service fees paid

7. Intellectual Property

• Event concepts and designs remain property of radiiancee
• Client receives license to use for their specific event
• Photography and documentation may be used for marketing with consent
• Client-provided materials remain property of client

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes to be resolved through good faith negotiation
• Mediation as second step if needed
• Jurisdiction: Singapore courts
• Applicable law: Singapore law

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
